From the Sagamore Bridge, follow Route 6 to exit 6 (Rte. 132).
Bear right at the end of the exit ramp and follow Rte. 132 for approximately 2.5 miles. You will then come to a rotary circle. Take your 2nd right off the rotary circle (Barnstable Rd.).
Follow this road straight ahead through several traffic lights. When you are at a traffic light where you can see the boat docks you are now on (Ocean Street).

Follow Ocean Street straight past the boat docks. The "Yachtsman" is located just 6/10 of a mile past the boat docks  on the left side of Ocean Street.
