*NOTE: The Rental Rates above are the suggested minimum
rates, some units may be higher.
Rates do not include Security Deposit.

- The deposit required is 50%
of the total rental rate. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to
arrival along with a $500.00 security deposit. All rental rates
are in U.S. dollars. Payment by check, money order, wire transfer
or cash.
- All rentals are booked in weekly blocks,
beginning and ending on a Saturday (check out before 11:00 am,
check in after 3:00 pm)
- Off Season Rates: Deduct 30% from the above
rates for most Off-Season weeks.
- PETS, BOATS, TRAILERS, CAMPERS, COMMERCIAL and OVERSIZED Vehicles
are NOT allowed. Each rental guaranteed ONE
parking space.

- Accommodations: All of our properties are
individually owned and reflect the tastes of each owner. Each
unit has been inspected and meets the standards set by the Yachtsman
Rental Committee. Yachtsman Rentals highly recommends previewing
any property prior to making a reservation. Pictures available
upon request.
- Please Note: No more than six (6) people are allowed overnight,
except in the 4 bedroom condos which allow (8) people. Town
of Barnstable By-Laws require that all overnight occupants must
register with the Rental Office and be included on the Lease.
- In the event of a Cancellation there may
be no refund of rental deposits. If the unit is re-entered
for the same dates and rates shown above there may be a refund
at the discretion of both the Rental Agent and the Unit Owner.
In the case of re-renting there will be a handling charge due
to the Rental Agent.
